I have written half a novel question at "size tractor needed" and is interested to hear your opinions of what tractor you would suggest. Anyone owning a ´Holland suiting my needs?

I can not make any suggestions because every New Holland tractor sold over there is different than what we have here. ....

Am I right, you are a New Holland dealer? Then I´d like to ask if there is a possibility to buy a tractor personally from a dealer, when I travel in the US. Warranties and such of course, but is it possible at all??? I am into checking with the vehicle authorities here in my country, if it is at all possible to use it legally here, because it is not sold here.
I am a industrial mechanics and nowadays also automation engineer, so I am not afraid maintaining and repairing my vehicles myself. Is there a possibility to get a work shop manual also?

I would say with the right amount of money any thing is possible. Over here emissions and protective structures are more stick so I do not see why you would not be able to import one over to you. You would have a hard time getting parts how ever. Service books are available. ....

Hi!
A friend of mine has bought a lot of things to his chevy trucks (´50s and ´60s) in US and recieved it sometimes in just a few days with airfreight. So until now I have been in some ignorance that parts will not be a problem. But of course I must look through that.
I saw a JD 4115 for sale here last summer, one year old, around 50 hours of use. It was told they had had it while they builded a house. A frontblade and a toolcarryboard on 3ph was all in the deal, maybe they had sold more implements aside. Asked price? 285.000 SEK. I dont remember the rate at that time (I think around 8.50), but today with around 6.80 would that be well over 40.000$. Do you see my interest going over the ocean to buy? I will have a pleasant journey as a bonus.

Erik, considering where you are, and getting parts & service may be an issue, I would think you might be happier in the end with something more like a Valtra 3100C.
It would likely be a whole bunch cheaper too.
